This morning 23/5/2020, many Samsung devices in the market are having a state of booting straight into recovery and error, may not turn off or restart. This is a series issue, after software updates, mainly for Samsung J series devices
This could be a software update error, a software conflict. Some minor updates such as tzdata (self-updating required) are not compatible with older software. The device is definitely running software older than August 2019. Those who are lazy to update will get involved in this.
Method 1: Fix errors via Odin
If you have some technical knowledge, you can use Odin software to reload the latest software. Note do not delete data when updating Odin. To retain data, in section csc select home_csc file
Method 2: If you can reboot, do not run into recovery
- The recovery screen select Try Again
- Wait for the screen to go black
- Calling on the faulty machine
- Then picked up
- Pull down the status bar
- Go to settings
- Upgrade software (keep the screen on)
- Wait.
